Crab cipher

This is a crab-themed STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) activity consisting of a riddle, an encoded answer, and a picture that children can color.

A pigpen cipher is utilized, where letters are substituted for symbols. To decode the answer, use the “secret decoder” at the bottom of the page to translate each symbol into its corresponding letter. Spaces and hyphens are not encoded.
